Stratton Home Improvement connects metro Atlanta homeowners with licensed local roofing contractors who perform free storm damage inspections. We do not perform roofing work directly. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us.
What we collect
When you book an inspection we collect the details you enter on the booking form: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and the time slot you choose. If you call us, we may keep a note of what you asked about. Our website and booking provider also record basic technical information such as your browser type, approximate location, and the pages you viewed.
How we use it
We use your information to schedule your inspection, to send you confirmations and reminders, to pass your appointment to the licensed contractor performing the inspection, and to follow up about the findings. We also use aggregate website data to understand which pages are working and to fix problems.
Who we share it with
We share your appointment details with the licensed contracting partner assigned to your inspection, and with the service providers that run our scheduling, messaging, and hosting systems on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if we are legally required to.
Calls and text messages
By giving us your phone number you agree that we and the assigned contractor may call or text you about your inspection. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, or ask us to stop calling by telling the person you speak with.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as needed to complete your inspection and to keep an accurate business record afterward. When we no longer need your information, we delete it or keep it only in a form that no longer identifies you.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message we send. To make a request, contact us using the phone number below.
Cookies
Our site and our booking widget use cookies and similar technology to keep the scheduler working and to measure site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the scheduler may not work correctly if you do.
Children
This site is intended for homeowners and other adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
