Using this site
By using this site or booking an appointment through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What we do
Stratton Home Improvement is a referral service. We connect metro Atlanta homeowners with licensed local roofing contractors who perform free storm damage inspections. We do not perform roofing inspections or roofing work ourselves. The inspection is carried out by a licensed contracting partner, and any repair work you later agree to is a separate agreement between you and that contractor.
Booking an appointment
When you choose a time you are requesting an appointment. We will confirm it by phone, text, or email. Please give accurate contact and address details so the inspector can reach the right property. If you need to change or cancel, let us know as early as you can.
The inspection
Inspections take roughly fifteen minutes and are provided at no cost with no obligation. The inspector will document what they find with photographs and explain it to you. An inspection is a visual assessment on the day it is performed; it is not a warranty, a guarantee about the future condition of your roof, or a promise about any particular outcome.
No insurance or claim advice
We do not provide insurance advice and we do not decide claims. Whether an insurer accepts a claim, and what it pays, is entirely up to your insurance company and the terms of your policy. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise that a claim will be approved or that work will be paid for by anyone other than you.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you are the property owner or are authorized to request an inspection of the property. Please tell us about anything on the property that could make access unsafe.
Calls and text messages
By providing your phone number you agree that we and the assigned contractor may contact you about your inspection by phone, text, or email. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
Site content
The text, images, and logos on this site belong to Stratton Home Improvement or the parties who licensed them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission. We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Third-party services
Our scheduling calendar is provided by a third-party booking service. Your use of that scheduler is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Stratton Home Improvement is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or from work performed by a contracting partner. Claims relating to inspection or repair work should be raised with the contractor who performed it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
